Executive Directors  

Mr. Chen Wantian


Mr. Chen Wantian, Chairman and Executive Director of the Group, is responsible for the Group's overall corporate strategies, management, planning and business development. Mr. Chen is a key founder of the Group, having served as Director and General Manager of Longtianyong Nonferrous Metals. He has over 10 years of experience in the nonferrous metal mining and processing industry, and serves as Vice President of the Shanghai City Putuo District Silver Institute, one of the pioneering silver institutes in China.


Mr. Chen obtained a diploma in economic management from Hangzhou University (杭州大学, now known as Zhejiang University 浙江大学). He has been enrolled in the Executive Master of Business Administration program at Huazhong University of Science & Technology (华中科技大学) since 2009.

Mr. Song Guosheng

Mr. Song Guosheng, Vice President and Executive Director of the Group, is responsible for the Group's production management. Mr. Song has approximately 17 years of experience in production management in the nonferrous metallurgical industry, with extensive technical expertise in and profound knowledge of the silver production industry.


Since May 2002, Mr. Song had been serving as Chief Production Executive, Chief Technical Executive and Deputy General Manager of Longtianyong Nonferrous Metals, and was appointed to the Group's Board on August 16, 2012. Mr. Song graduated from Suzhou University of Science and Technology Trade Unions (苏州职工科技大学) in July 2004 with a diploma in business management.

Mr. Liu

Liu Jiandong,Executive Director of the Group, aged 47, has served as the chairman of Zhejiang Guoyin Cornerstone Investment Co., Ltd.(浙江國銀基石投資有限公司), an investment firm based in Jingning She Autonomous County, Lishui City, Zhejiang Province, the People’s Republic of China (the“PRC”) since May 2017. Prior to that, he worked at various companies in the PRC commerce and industry sector for over two decades, such as being an executive director of Hangzhou Runshi Technology Co., Ltd.(杭州潤石科技有限公司)from September 2015 to May 2017, and the chief executive of Zhejiang Lishi Industrial Co., Ltd.(浙江力石實業有限公司)from November 2009 to September 2015. He received a junior college degree(專科學歷)in business administration from the School of Modern Distance Education of Beihang University(北京航空航天大學現代遠程教育學院), the PRC in July 2014.

Independent Non-Executive Directors

Dr. Li Haitao

Dr. Li Haitao was appointed Independent Non-Executive Director of the Group on December 5, 2012. Dr. Li was a professor of finance and a committee member of the five-member executive committee of the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. Dr. Li has extensive experience in theoretical and empirical asset pricing, the term structure of interest rates, hedge funds and financial econometrics and he has extensive research experience in the area of hedging, derivatives and risk management. His articles have been published in numerous financial and economic journals, including the Journal of Finance and the Journal of Financial Economics, and he is also an associate editor of Management Science (the Department of Finance) and International Review of Finance. Dr. Li engaged in his Ph.D studies in geophysics at Yale University from 1991 to 1992, and earned his Ph.D in finance from Yale University in 1998. He received the Sterling Prize Fellowship from Yale University and the Trefftz Award from the Western Finance Association.

Mr. Song Hongbing

Mr. Song Hongbing was appointed Independent Non-Executive Director of the Group on December 28, 2015. Mr. Song is a well-known Chinese economist with focus on the areas of global financial history and international commodity market. Mr. Song is a recognised expert in precious metals, especially silver, and is an authoritative scholar in the silver universe in China. He obtained a Bachelor's degree in engineering from Northeastern University in China in 1990 and a Master's degree in education from American University in the United States in 1996. Mr. Song's book "Currency Wars" has been one of the best-sellers in China since its publication in 2007 and received universal acclaim for his unique insight. In 2009, Mr. Song was elected by BusinessWeek as one of the 40 most influential persons in China.

Dr. Zeng Yilong

Dr. Zeng Yilong was appointed Independent Non-Executive Director on December 5, 2012. Dr. Zeng is currently Vice Chief Accountant of Datang Telecom Technology & Industry Group (大唐電信科技產業集團), a leading state-owned technological enterprise. Dr. Zeng has over 17 years of experience in accounting, auditing and financial management, and is especially experienced and has profound knowledge in the areas of financial management, financial auditing, risk management and corporate governance for listed companies. Dr. Zeng worked as Chief Financial Officer of Xiamen Golden Dragon Bus Co., Ltd. (廈門金龍旅行車有限公司), Manager of the audit department and Senior Auditor of China Travel Service (Holdings) Hong Kong Ltd. (香港中旅(集團)有限公司) and Chief Financial Officer of mangocity.com Limited (芒果網有限公司). Dr. Zeng graduated from Nanjing Audit University (南京审计学院) in July 1992, and obtained his master's degree in Business Administration and a doctoral degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from Xiamen University (厦门大学) in July 2000 and December 2006, respectively. Dr. Zeng also served as a part-time professor at the School of Business Administration at Xiamen University from July 2008 to June 2011.
